Digital Video Cameras come in a wide range of prices and capabilities. High quality usually means high price.

But, the average family digital video camera can be used just as effectively.

Software for the Digital Camera usually comes with the camera itself and most computers come preloaded with software for video capturing and editing.

Additional software may be required in order to render the video capable of effective and efficient upload to a server.

Virtually all computers manufactured in the last few years are fully capable of managing these tasks.

It takes time to transfer, edit, convert, and upload files.
